  • Continuing Education Classes – We are an Approved Provider with the NCBTMB for continuing education for massage therapists and body workers. Most of what we offer in therapies is available as a continuing education class. We offer classes from 2 CE Hours to 48 CE Hours.
  • Medical Massage – Medical Massage Therapy is a type of massage that is designed to increase mobility and aid in recovery following medical procedures.
  • All Types of Massage – Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical, and Acupressure are just some of the types of massage we have experience with. Usually we will combine all types of massage for a session that opens and relieves tight muscles as well as relaxes and runs out pain and stress.
  • Reflexology – Reflexology is a type of foot massage that palpates all parts of the foot and ankle. The foot is like a map of the body and by working the reflex points on the foot; the whole body is balanced and relaxed.
  • Ionic Foot Bath – This is a process by which the toxins of the body are pulled out through the feet. The Ionic Foot Bath is beneficial when the immune system is low by helping the body to be charged up and heal faster. When a person is healthy, it will pull out the toxins so the body can be clearer and healthier on the cellular level. A 14-day series is extremely beneficial for the full body cleanse, and a discount is applied if the full series is requested.
  • Acupressure Massage – This is a tandem massage (two therapists working at one time) where a client receives double the benefit in half the time. It includes using the pressure points of the body for maximum relaxation, pain-relief and total health.
  • Reiki – Reiki is a hands-on type of healing method that allows each person to receive an individualized blessing. The energy of Reiki will quicken the natural vibration of health and vitality which encourages the body’s ability to heal. Reiki is a relaxing and supportive energy that will help an individual according to his or her needs for stress reduction, pain relief, or healing on any and all levels.
  • Stretching – Sometimes we experience muscle pain and stress because our muscles are too tight and pull the body out of alignment. Using stretching in certain ways will release the tired and sore muscles to give almost immediate relief and relaxation.
  • Muscle Releasing – Because of our busy lives and hard work, often we create problems in our bodies that give us pain and discomfort. These techniques will open the tight places and allow the body to naturally correct itself. Depending on the problem, the client may find significant relief in one session or a series of sessions.
  • Emotional Releasing – Many times the pain we experience is mental and emotional in nature. We cannot fully heal without addressing all of the aspects of ourselves. Emotional releasing guides us to release and heal the problems we have created through the experiences of our past and help move to a place of forgiveness and wellness.
  • Life Coaching – Sometimes the choices we make in our lives will bring us to a difficult place. By bringing awareness to how that has happened in our lives, we are able to make positive changes so that we can move forward into more present and happy lives.
  • Acupressure Face Lift – This therapy is a type of facial massage that works the pressure points in the face and stimulates the muscles to relax and tighten the skin. The regular application of this process will move the face toward a more youthful and clear appearance.
